Please note: the information supplied within the associated form will be used for communication between us and you, that is all!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All major credit cards are accepted, subject to a 3% service fee. We also accept ACH payments, subject to a 1% service fee.

Our preferred method would be payment via check, which you can send to our address listed in our contact section.

PLACING AN ORDER

After an estimate is accepted and the design is finalized, you may place an order via our payment methods—you will receive an invoice with instructions. We require 50% of total invoice upfront to start an order, and 50% balance due upon delivery. All items to be shipped require payment in full before commencement of shipping.

While there are ongoing factors that may influence these, our normal lead times are as follows:

  1. Smaller items (e.g. vanities, pantries, etc.): 3-4 weeks
  2. Larger projects (e.g. complete kitchens): 6-8 weeks

We allow up to 48 hours after the initial order is placed to make any dimensional or design changes. There may be additional charges for such changes. Any add-on(s) cannot be guaranteed to be completed on the same timeframe as the original order.

After completion, we will deliver invoiced items to the address on file for said invoice. Please allow 2-3 additional days on top of our normal lead times for delivery. The cost of delivery is based upon distance to delivery location; the costs are provided on every invoice. We ship to all 48 contiguous United States, excluding AK and HI.

Due to the nature of custom cabinet building, we do not accept any refunds or returns. Overall design and dimensions for each project are finalized upfront before order placement. After delivery of invoiced items and final payment, it is assumed that the transaction is final. All items are to be inspected during delivery and any concerns addressed within 24 hours. Thereafter, Great River Cabinets, LLC cannot be held liable for any damages to the invoiced items caused by anyone. There is a 2 year limited warranty set in place after the aforementioned 24 hour inspection period.
